Following studies in Music and Drama at West Kent College in Tonbridge, Matt began work in 1991 as an apprentice sound engineer in Falconer Studios, Camden, but soon joined friends in forming a band (Elcka) which went on to attain major deals with Island Records and Sony Publishing.

Following the band’s amicable split in 1998, Matt joined the family business in ‘99, as a warehouse operative.

Becoming quickly obsessed with the business, Matt steadily progressed through all operational, sales and management roles. Driven by a pursuit of business excellence and firmly focussed on developing a culture of continuous improvement, Matt was appointed Director in 2006.

With father Clive taking the role of Chairman and remaining in firm support as ambassador and mentor, Matt was appointed Managing Director in July 2009.
