Tony began work in 1976 with Imperial Metal Industries PLC. He held various positions in sales and marketing until he joined Hoover PLC in 1986 as a sales engineer. By the time Tony left in 1993 he was the Training and Audit Manager for engineering staff throughout South East England.
In 1993 Tony’s daughter Tara was born and he started AOM Domestic Appliances, a successful business which he sold in 2000. The proceeds of the sale were used to help finance Tony’s love for property development, which he continues to pursue.
Tony joined Spicers PLC in 2000, and as a shift manager he was responsible for the smooth operation of a £30m turnover logistics business.
In 2004 Tony moved into construction logistics, when he joined DBR Ltd as their logistics manager, and had the pleasure of working on many of London’s major refurbishment projects, including The Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, and Nelson’s Column in Trafalgar Square.
Since joining CSB in 2006, Tony has helped to drive the business forward and was appointed as Operations Director in February 2008.
